Who is this course for?
Some people are overflowing with it, others don’t know where to look for it: self-confidence. Feeling comfortable in your own skin, but also enjoying going to work and having your say, or being assertive in relationships: it all requires a bit of self-confidence. However, when it comes down to it, many people feel like they don’t have ‘enough’ self-confidence. This course is for those who want to learn to deal with that mindset better, to get more self-confident – and to use this confidence better.
What will you learn in this course?
It is not about believing that you can do everything, but accepting that sometimes this is not the case and that it is also okay to admit that you cannot. So first we make sure that the concept of ‘self-confidence’ is clear: what it is, and what is it not? Where does it come from? Understanding this will help you to stop seeing self-confidence as the main thing holding you back. We dive into the way you think about yourself, and how you can direct these thoughts, so that you are more comfortable with things. We also dive into self-love and go through several steps so that you can actually build more self-confidence, and are not just busy with the ‘theory’.
